Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your basket. We will send an order acknowledgement by email, but acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the goods.
We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, there is an obvious pricing or product-description error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If payment has already been taken, we will refund you where appropriate.
Product information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, allergen information, prices and availability are accurate. However, colours and packaging may vary slightly from how they appear on screen.
Please check product labels and allergen information before consuming any product. If you have an allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement, contact us before placing an order if you need further information.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown during checkout before you place your order.
We accept payment by PayPal.
We may change product prices and product details at any time, but changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted.
Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses, subject to the delivery options displayed at checkout. Delivery to the Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or other excluded locations may be unavailable or may require a separate delivery quote.
Standard postage is £4.99. Postage for hampers is £5.99. We offer free postage on orders of £40 or more.
Orders are normally dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. Delivery times after dispatch are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate when ordering. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information supplied by you.
Cancellations, refunds and returns
Our Refunds & Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Availability
All products are subject to availability. We may remove products from sale or stop supplying a product at any time. If we cannot fulfil an order after you have paid, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund.
Website use
You must not misuse our website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, or use website content for unlawful purposes.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer law allows you to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction.
